There are only 8 or so cows left, and it amazes me how odoriferous they are. I cannot even imagine what the Chicago Stockyards must have smelled like back in their heyday...<br /><br />Anyway, earlier this week, one of the cows escaped and made a break for it down the road. The farmer was running after it with a big stick. I had to pull off the road and wait for them to pass me by, and I thought, "hmm...there's something you don't see every day."
