We're off to Monte Carlo, Monaco to gamble our money away and stroll along the promenade. Then we'll get back on the tram and enjoy the spectacular views on the way back to our hotel in Nice, France.
Here are the backs of the cards in the same order, ending with Marguerite's description of the incredible scenery.
I confess I would love to throw away some of my hard-earned money at a roulette wheel in Monaco:)!
ReplyDeleteYowser! Waiting for my comment to post, a huge white window came up and it said "redirecting" and I just KNEW I was going to get the same message you got the other day when you're blog went belly up. I tried exporting mine for backup but my images didn't download, just text. Well.... got my heart rate up for today!ha!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a fantastic ride. I doubt it exists today as I would think that real estate would be claimed by vulture capitalists.
ReplyDeleteWow, so interesting to see a tram on a scenic route like this, instead of in a bustling city. A great ride.
ReplyDeleteIt must have been wonderful to do that journey. I did it a couple of years ago by bus - it wasn't half as much fun as it must have been by tram.
ReplyDeleteWhat's not to like about the jobs of those tram operators. What a great view every day and lots of fresh air! I like how the blue stamp on the second card brings just a hint of color into the layout to balance everything.
