  6. Green indeed... so why does the fella on the first card have a club/stick? I know us Slovaks wielded little willow whips at Easter in the old days, but it was all in good fun!

  9. That's the finest St. Patty's Day cards I've seen. That top postcard takes the prize. What a great collection! I think the stick was used to beat color-blind folks away that tried to pinch him.
