I think I have enough Easter postcards to start a separate Easter postcard blog. (Don't worry, I won't) Here are some postcards featuring chicks. See if you can spot the misspelling.
And here's the back of the second card.

The world is full of chicks.
ReplyDeleteCute cards! :)
They are lovely cards, maybe the gnome had been on the egg-nog (though having said that, I don't know, maybe gnomes are teetotal).
ReplyDeleteThey are all so cute. Can't wait for Easter! As always Thanks for sharing Christine.
ReplyDeleteI didn't think I'd ever spot the misspelling. That's my favorite of the cards, too, with that hobbit-looking fellow cracking the whip. There's definitely a "Easter Chicks in bondage" theme here....those poor little birdies are all pulling wagons!
ReplyDeleteMark, you're right. I'm going to start a movement to free the chicks!
ReplyDeleteI am amused by the chick in the cap! A lot of the pig postcards have them pulling wagons and sleds, too.
ReplyDeleteAt least it's not written Yeaster.
ReplyDeleteThe second one is my favorite, though I find the misspelling interesting.
