Motel Wigwam Village - Orlando, FL


I hardly know what to add to this, except that it looks like a great choice for a family reunion.

    i wished i had lived here back then. (Only not).

    Maybe I'll make a pilgrimage to the Cave City, KY one before I die. :)

    Oh, so funny. We are sitting here looking at options for an upcoming stay at DisneyWorld and I happened to just click onto this blog for the first time and the most recent post... Orlando. I think our lodging solution is solved.

    this one isn't still around, there used to be 10 of them, but now there's only 3 open. One in Kentucky, one in Arizona, and one in California

    Orlando was a piece of heavan before Disney World came along.It was the best place in the world to grow up.

    The WigWam village was torn down in 1973 to make way for the East West Expressway. We stayed there the 1st night we moved to Orlando in Apr 1966
